Two men are in custody and more than 3/4 of a pound of cocaine is off the streets, thanks to a multi-agency drug bust.
The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office and DEA units in Green Bay and Milwaukee teamed up for the investigation of a cocaine distribution ring, leading to the arrests of Richard Reed and Ernesto Estrada. Officials say Estrada was arrested at his Milwaukee residence, and is being held at the Manitowoc County Jail on $250000 bond, while Reed was taken into custody by the Brown County SWAT team, on non-related charges. He’s being held at the Brown County Jail on an $85000 cash bond.
