A man is dead following an accident in Manitowoc on Tuesday. Police say a 61-year-old man was driving a semi-truck eastbound on Dewey Street and making a northbound turn when a 21-year-old motorcyclist traveling westbound on Dewey Street collided with the semi.
Life-saving measures were performed on the motorcyclist, who was transported to a local hospital, where he died. The semi’s driver was not injured.
