Air conditioners will be running overtime, and those without it will be looking for alternative ways to keep their cool as another dome of hot air settles into the Sheboygan area and much of the Midwest.

Strong sunshine will combine with high humidity to create oppressive conditions that may last the entire week, and even as heat indices approach 100 today, Tuesday may be still hotter and may require an advisory from the National Weather Service.
Forecasters advise those vulnerable to the heat or who must spend prolonged periods outdoors to take proper precautions to stay hydrated and prevent stress from the conditions.
