10:45-11:45 A multimedia presentation highlighting past and present aviators from the region. Josephine Pitz, soloed at age 16 in 1930, becoming Manitowoc County's first female pilot. She went on to become a member of World War II's famed Women Airforce Service Pilots.
Eldon Isely, a Plymouth resident, was awarded the FAA's Wright Brother's Master Pilot Award and will be inducted into the Wisconsin Aviation Hall of Fame (WAHF) for his life-time of influence on aviation.
12:00 Kurt Stanich, president of WAHF, will unveil the newest exhibit at the Aviation Heritage Center. The exhibit, curated by WAHF historians highlights the Leo J. Kohn Aviation Photography Collection and regional aviators of the past and present.
