The Wisconsin Sand Sculpting Festival is set for Saturday and Sunday July 18th and 19th at Red Arrow Park in Manitowoc. Attendees at the free event will can enjoy music, food and beverage vendors, and of course see some amazing sand sculptures—all at the newly renovated Red Arrow Park and Beach.
