American Transmission Company is proposing another improvement project near Plymouth. The Mullet River Area Reliability Project primarily consists of building a new substation and removing two existing substations in the Plymouth area. The new substation is being proposed to the east of the Plymouth Utilities in the Town of Plymouth on County Road PP.
ATC says the project is needed to address the replacement of aging infrastructure and ensure reliable service for the Plymouth area.
