The Annual Union Cemetery Walk took place in Plymouth yesterday, with members of the Sheboygan County Historical Research Center demonstrating how to clean the cemetery’s monuments. The event was part of Plymouth Mayor Don Pohlman’s proclamation, recognizing May as National Preservation Month in the City of Plymouth.
The Mayor’s proclamation noted the role that the Plymouth Historical Society plays in educating, preserving, advancing, and disseminating knowledge of the history of Plymouth. The Mayor urged residents to visit the Plymouth Historical Society’s museum.
