The 6:30 Clock Radio Classic is powered by Pleasant View Realty!
Six years ago, the world got the heartbreaking news that Eddie Van Halen had died. SIX YEARS?! Seriously… who keeps hitting the fast-forward button on life?
So this morning, we’re honoring one of the greatest guitar heroes ever by cranking up “Jump!” — Van Halen’s synth-powered, fist-pumping, booty-bouncing anthem from 1984.
David Lee Roth told us to jump, Eddie gave us one of the most recognizable keyboard riffs in rock history, and we’re pretty sure that’s all the encouragement we need to launch ourselves out of bed.
Coffee? Optional.
Pants? Strongly recommended.
Jumping? Absolutely.
