Colombia right winger De La Espriella nearly tied with leftist Cepeda in presidential vote

BOGOTA, May ​31 (Reuters) – Right ‌wing Colombian outsider Abelardo De La ‌Espriella ​is ⁠slightly leading ⁠an early vote count in the ​country’s presidential race, ⁠notching ⁠43.6% support ​with about ​a fifth of ‌ballot boxes counted, data from ⁠the country’s national registry office ⁠showed ‌on Sunday.

Behind ⁠De ​La ‌Espriella with ​42.1% was ⁠leftist senator Ivan Cepeda.
