May 21 (Reuters) – Advanced Micro Devices said on Thursday it would invest more than $10 billion across Taiwan’s AI ecosystem and widen strategic partnerships as it looks to expand its manufacturing capabilities.
The U.S. chip firm will collaborate with Taiwanese firms ASE and SPIL to develop more power-efficient technology for AI systems and processors, it said in a statement.
