Partners for Community Development, Inc. welcomes all residents of Sheboygan County to put on their costumes and enjoy some Halloween fun! Join us and other local organizations for our 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat, with Halloween games, prizes, treats, and area assistance information!

LOCATION: Parking lot on the corner of Ontario Avenue and N 7th Street, Sheboygan (behind Health & Human Services)
