The Board of Directors has announced that Adam Brotz has assumed the role of President of Plastics Engineering Company, which his family founded in 1934. Brotz’ election by the Board was made in April.
Adam Brotz has worked at PLENCO for over three decades, most recently serving as VP of Manufacturing. He had previously served in a variety of leadership roles as he built deep familiarity and understanding of PLENCO’s business, its customers, and the principles that have shaped the company for over 90 years.
Brotz said that he was “…honored by the confidence the Board of Directors has placed in me as PLENCO’s next President” and, “Over the past 30 years, I have had the privilege to grow within this organization and witness firsthand the strength of our people and our commitment to doing things the right way.”
Brotz also acknowledged his father, Michael Brotz, for his many years of dedication and leadership, which helped shape PLENCO into the company it is today.
