(LEARFIELD) – The Green Bay Packers may be without a pair of offensive linemen in Thursday night’s game at Lambeau Field against the Washington Commanders.
Per Packers coach Matt LaFleur, Zach Tom and Aaron Banks will be gametime decisions on Thursday night.
LaFleur talked about rotating offensive linemen Sean Rhyan and Jordan Morgan.
On a brighter topic, LaFleur was asked if the Packers take fewer chances on offense with the way the defense is playing.
LaFleur said that the defense against the Lion was outstanding.
He said that they are going need that against one of the best offenses in the game.
Parsons talks short week preparation: The Green Bay Packers’ Micah Parsons talked about how his team faces quite the challenge on Thursday, facing Washington quarterback Jayden Daniels.
Parsons also talked about prepping during a week when you play on Sunday and then again on Thursday.

y defensive co-ordinator Jeff Hafley said that he has some special plays drawn up for Parsons. Parsons was asked if any of those plays have been used yet.
Parsons is being used a both defensive tackle and defensive end. Does he like that idea?
Jacobs pleased: Packers running back Josh Jacobs took a look back at Sunday’s win and a look ahead at Thursday’s game.
Jacobs said that in Sunday’s game, it was the the first time in a long time where the Packers running backs were perfect in pass protection.
He talked about what the mechanics are necessary to be good in a blitz pickup.
Jacob also talked about the quick turn-around with a game on Thursday and how it affects their bodies.
Watson extension: According to a tweet fron Adam Shefter, the Green Bay Packers have given Packers wide receiver Christian Watsin a 1-year, $13.25 million dollar contract extension, per his agent Adisa Bakari. That means Watson will be with the Packers through the 2026 season.
Watson is currently on the physically unable to perform list but is expected to be back later this season.
