Highway 23 Westbound had to be closed down near Sheboygan Falls yesterday afternoon when a camper rolled over on it’s side. The Sheriff’s Department responded around 4pm – the driver stated he was changing lanes when the tow-behind camper started swaying and lost control – the camper ended up on it’s side. The Sheriff’s Department shut down the highway around 4:15, and didn’t open it back up until about an hour later.
