My longtime friend, broadcast brother and co-worker Kelly Meyer passed away on Thursday at the age of 59. Kelly and I worked together for almost two decades. Outside of our 3am punch ins every morning we were great friends off the air too. If you knew Kelly at all you know how much his music meant to him. He loved the Grateful Dead. I’m hoping he and Jerry Garcia are jammin’ out in their tie dye shirts together this morning. I already miss you fella! Today’s 6:30 Clock Radio Classic is a tribute to my friend Kelly Meyer!
