There’ll be a new location for area students taking classes available in Sheboygan through Lakeshore College beginning with this upcoming semester.
The University’s Sheboygan Satellite had previously been at 14th and Niagara Avenue; its new home will be on the campus of the University of Wisconsin Green Bay’s Sheboygan campus at 1 University Drive, with the first classes held on Tuesday, September 2nd. The two institutions are collaborating to make the move in order to offer their new “Forward” program, a bachelor’s degree pathway in which nursing and education students can earn an associate degree with Lakeshore, and complete their bachelor’s degree with UW-Green Bay on the same campus. All “Forward” classes are offered locally at Lakeshore’s Cleveland campus, the UW-Green Bay Sheboygan campus, and online.
