Ozzy Osbourne is dead at the age of 76. The heavy metal and reality TV star rose to stardom as the Prince of Darkness in the 1970s before launching a successful solo career. He died after a series of ailments and surgeries that forced him to retire from touring. His death comes less than three weeks after his “Back to the Beginning” farewell concert with Black Sabbath in Birmingham, England. In a statement, the Osbourne family said Ozzy died on Tuesday “surrounded by love.”
