A man nearing mandatory release after serving his sentence on sex offenses will be placed on 24-hour electronic monitoring and housed on Michigan Avenue in Sheboygan.
Such releases are routine, as is the release of information to the public in order to “enhance public safety, awareness and protection.”
44-year-old Martonez R. Wallace reaches his maximum release date next week. Wallace was convicted of two different sex offenses, each against underage females. Upon his mandatory return to the community he will reside at 930A Michigan Avenue. He will be electronically monitored and supervised by agents from probation/parole. Under conditions of his release, Wallace cannot have unsupervised contact with minors and may not ingest illegal substances.
Wallace is a 5-foot, 9-inch tall black male weighing 271 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has scars on his left ear, lower right arm and right knee, as well as piercings in his nose and both ears. Due to the nature of his crimes, Wallace will be registered with the Wisconsin Department of Corrections as a sex offender for life.
