The City of Sheboygan has a new Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations. That after the Common Council approved the appointment of Adam Westbrook to the post on Monday.
Westbrook takes the seat vacated when former director Vicky Schneider stepped down from that post last June, having taken leave beginning in November of 2021.
Adam Westbrook was recommended after the City hired the firm Baker Tilly to do a search. He had previously served as the City Attorney for Neenah where he focused on contract negotiations, ADA compliance, and training staff on supervision, discipline, and on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion matters.
He will be leaving his position as CESA 6 Executive Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs in Oshkosh.
