After cancelling physical attendance for the Midsummer Festival of the Arts in 2020, restricting it to online attendance, and then hosting the event on a reduced scale in 2021, the Sheboygan staple will operate at full capacity this year on Saturday July 16 and Sunday July 17.
The Midsummer Festival of the Arts is a free, family-friendly blend of fine art, handcrafted goods, music, food, and fun. Held in downtown Sheboygan in conjunction with John Michael Kohler Arts Center, there will one hundred juried artist booths on the streets surrounding the Center, and will feature paintings, photographs, furniture, jewelry, wearables, wood carvings, ceramics, glass, leather goods, textiles, and more on display.
Admission to the festival, which is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, is free. Visit jmkac.org for more information or call (920) 458-6144.
