SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man charged with blackmailing and sexually assaulting a 19 year old Sheboygan woman has been bound over for trial.  21 year old Dalton Vandeloo made his preliminary appearance in Sheboygan County Court Wednesday.  Vandeloo is charged with blackmailing his 19 year old victim and several other young women through Facebook to obtain inappropriate photos of them.  A detective took the stand and said Vandeloo sent a mass Facebook message out to young women throughout the county, and then manipulated and blackmailed the ones that responded to his requests for photographs, until the 19 year old came forward.  The investigation revealed that girls as young as 14 years old were victimized before his arrest last week.  Judge L. Edward Stengel ruled there was enough evidence for a trial, and set a jury trial for November 28.
