For the second year in a row, Justin Bieber topped Billboard's "21 under 21" list of hot young music entertainers. The ranking is based on record sales and social followings.

One Direction was second, followed by Demi Lovato, American Idol champ Scott McCreery and rapper Matt Miller.

Selena Gomez fell three spots to No. 6. DJ Porter Robinson is seventh, followed by British singer Cher Lloyd and Odd Future rapper Earl Sweatshirt. Nick Jonas fell two spots to No. 10.
