Real estate website Zillow.com released the results of their fourth-annual Trick-or-Treat Index.

They ranked the top 20 best cities for trick or treaters around the country. The Trick-or-Treat Index "represents cities that will provide the most candy, with the least walking and safety risk."

San Francisco was number one two years in a row.
