I think it's pretty impressive. Notice how the camera doesn't ever change shots, meaning they filmed this using only one camera, with one take.

Making it even more difficult is she actually changes costumes 5 times in a matter of seconds. Best lip dub music video ever?

Plus there are dancing rodents! You just can't top that. :)

I think my favorite part is the upright bed that makes it looks as if she's laying down chatting on the phone (the part in the picture above). Very clever!
