Train has released their new single '50 Ways To Say Goodbye." We'll start playing it very soon on The Point!
Now, I like the song... but I'm wondering if anyone else thinks that is sounds, or at least part of it, like the main song from The Phantom Of The Opera.
I don't think that the band ripped-off the musical, and I'm assuming there won't be a lawsuit nor will the band get sued, but do you hear it too?
Here's the new single '50 Ways To Say Goodbye."
And here's the 'theme song' (not sure what you call it) to Phantom of the Opera...
To me, I would think Train would realize people might draw the comparison, maybe not.
What do you think? Did you notice any similarities?

Judging from the comments below, there are several unhappy Train / Phantom of the Opera fans... maybe THIS VIDEO will make you feel better about Pat Monahan.
