Did you watch the big American Idol season finale last night?

I'm glad Phillip Phillips won. He seems like a pretty down-to-Earth kinda guy that always stayed true to himself throughout the show.

...I guess he's pretty talented too, heh.

Way to go Donald Driver, your Dancing with the Stars Season 14 Champion!

Heading into the evening William & Cheryl and Donald & Peta were both tied with 59 points. Katherine & Mark lead the pack with 60.

All three teams scored a perfect 30 tonight, so their scores cancelled each other out.

Outside of the one point difference, fan votes would basically determine who would be crowned the winner.

Anyone in Wisconsin knows this put Donald at an immediate advantage. Never underestimate the power of Pack Nation.

Hosts Tom and Brooke first announced soap star William Levy finished in third place.

After yet another commercial break, hey, it's not easy turning a 30 second announcement into a two-hour production, heh, it was unveiled that the winner of Season 14 of Dancing with the Stars was none other than...

DONALD DRIVER!

So does this mean he'll be back next season? The show already announced the 15th season will include an all-star cast made up from the best of seasons past.

Knowing how competitive Donald is, I'm sure we can expect him to be back next year, to prove he is the ultimate Dancing with the Stars Champion.

Well, I could think of a million worse things to say than, "I so pale," so I'd say she got off easy...

I like how the reporter on the right maintains a smile and nudges her to give her the, "You're on!"

It's also fun to see the wheels turning in the "I so pale" reporter once she figures out the cameras are rolling.

So many questions!

First, I love how the 'narrator' instructs us to, "Watch the background," as if we wouldn't have caught the funny without his warning.

Second, why does the guy jump / fall out the window in the first place? Is he drunk? Did he just want to get on live TV? Was he caught cheating? Is he drunk? :)

Now, I'm not an oddsman, if there is such a thing, heh, but what are the chances of this happening?

YouTube Description: What's more unusual than a team hitting back-to-back homers? How about one fan catching both of them. That's what Caleb Lloyd did on Monday night at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati.

The 20-year-old junior from Thomas More College was in left field when Reds pitcher Mike Leake hit his first career homer in the fourth inning. The ball went directly to Lloyd, who had never caught a ball at a game. Three pitches later, shortstop Zack Cozart hit another one to the same area. The ball bounced right to Lloyd, who had one free hand. He gave the second home run ball to the friend who had convinced him to go to the game and provided the tickets. Knowing it was Leake's first career homer, Lloyd saved that ball and offered it to the pitcher for an autograph after the game. The Reds beat the Atlanta Braves 4-1.

I didn't know that Katy Perry was dropped by a record label before becoming the pop superstar that she is today. Actually, she was dropped by three record labels. Crazy.
